The ORT Educational Complex #141 in Kyiv is the largest of ORT’s schools in Ukraine. It currently has around 1,400 students and specializes in technology education and languages.
The school, which opened in the early 2000s, has been granted the status of UNESCO Associated School and students participate in the ‘School of Peace’ initiative, international Olympiads, competitions and projects.
State education programs and training are combined with contemporary technology and STEAM education. Subjects include programming, architecture and landscape design, information technology, economics and business, modelling and animation, cybersecurity, multimedia design and microelectronics.
To empower students and improve the quality of the educational process, STEAM labs were refurbished between 2019 and 2021 and the complex also now incorporates inclusive space for children with special educational needs.
