World ORT’s annual LEAD (Leadership in Education, Administration and Development) Program provides educational managers from institutions within the ORT global network with high quality management and leadership training.

This five-day event aims to prepare ORT’s future educational leaders and senior managers. It provides training in how to manage colleagues, prioritise their own professional development journeys, and give them the opportunity to develop a network of international peer partners with whom to exchange ideas and share best practice.

It also aims to motivate them to remain at their schools. Retention of good quality staff will help to secure consistent teaching at ORT and ORT-affiliated schools, ensuring that they are sought-after among Jewish families.
